At approximately 9:00 a.m. today, Lanesboro Public Utility staff identified a water main leak near the intersection of Ashburn Street East and Parkway Avenue North. Utility crews have been working to locate the source of the leak and complete the necessary repairs. At this time, crews have been unable to identify the exact source.
As crews continue their efforts, water service will be temporarily interrupted at several properties in the northern part of the City of Lanesboro.
