A planned power outage for Thursday October 19 is scheduled for homes in: The outage is due to the replacement of a utility pole. Most homes will be without power from 8am to 10am with a few lasting until noon.

Lanesboro Public Utilities will be working with Norby Tree Service to trim tree branches near power lines. The work is scheduled for the week of October 23rd pending weather and contractor availability.

Due to the increased Covid 19 activity in our community all in-person meetings for the month of October have been suspended. All meetings will still be held at the regularly scheduled date and time via Zoom. The link to each meeting can be found on the calendar, or on the published agenda.

It is recommended that people follow the guidelines provided by the Minnesota Department of Health as it pertains to the use of ppe’s and social distancing as they enjoy all that Lanesboro has to offer.
