We can add links to documents, other online forms, or create a web form that is better to use vs. Google forms. Web forms can be sent to multiple emails, a confirmation email to the person submitting, and saves a database that can be exported in a spreadsheet. Easy to update the form annually vs. creating new ones.
Forms, Documents, etc., can also have their own page, which makes it very easy to share on social media.

We can also create galleries to add for each year. It is fun for people to go back and look at different years.
