The Lanesboro City Council will hold a public hearing to solicit public input regarding increasing the City’s EDA Commission from three (3) to five (5) members.   Summary of City of Lanesboro Resolution 2023-12: Modifying Economic Development Authority Enabling Resolution from a three (3) member commission to five (5) member commission pursuant to Minn.

The Lanesboro city council has closed the walking bridge until further notice for safety concerns. The council plans to continue discussion and investigation into the issues.
