The City of Lanesboro has been presented with the following financing for the 2022/2023 Street and Utility Improvement Project. In summary the City of Lanesboro has been awarded $3,228,249 in grant funding, and $807,062 in low interest loans for the project. The Lanesboro Public School will be hosting Wednesday Night Volleyball this winter beginning on November 9th from 7pm-9pm. The open gym format allows all individuals to attend and teams are created each week giving players the opportunity to meet new friends and community members. We plan to have two in person screenings of our candidate forum for anyone who is not able to access it online. They will be held in the Lanesboro City Chamber on Thursday, November 3 at 6:30pm and Friday, November 4 at 3:30pm. Please feel free to inform others who may be interested in attending. 

Work to remove a manhole on Coffee Street East near the Lanesboro Sales Commission will be taking place on Monday October 31st, and crews will return the week of November 7th to complete the asphalt.
