Library Director: The City of Lanesboro seeks candidates for a qualified Library Director. This is a department manager position that manages daily administration of the municipal public library and oversees library activities and programs. This full-time position is a 0.8 FTE, working approximately 32 hours per week.
Salary & Benefits: $43,148 to $61,851; benefits package offering health insurance through MN Public Employee Insurance Program, Employer FSA Contribution, and PTO. Assistant Librarian: The City of Lanesboro seeks candidates for a qualified Assistant Librarian. This position supports the day-to-day operations of the municipal public library, providing excellent customer service, circulation assistance, clerical support, and help with library programs and outreach. This regular part-time position is approximately 10-15 hours per week. Hourly rate of pay is $19.42-$26.46 depending on experience. This position is eligible for pension benefits through the Minnesota Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA).
