A large water outage is planned for Wednesday August 31st from 10pm until 4am. The outage will begin at the Lanesboro Community Center and go to the South all the way to Whittier St. The leaking valve on Hwy 16 will be repaired during this overnight outage.

Lanesboro Public Utilities will be working in the right of way on Highway 16 at the intersection of Rochelle Ave beginning early tomorrow morning. While the plan is to make the repair without any further interruption in water service, please be aware of the work to be completed and the possibility of short water interruptions

We were alerted to a water main break on Sheridan and Rochelle. The leak has been isolated. Our team will continue to monitor the situation. Repairs will be completed next week in partnership with the State of MN.
