The City of Lanesboro is seeking interested residents to serve on several City boards and commissions. These volunteer roles provide an opportunity to help guide the future of our community. Appointments will be made by the City Council.

Lanesboro Public Utility Commission
- 1 Seat Open
- Three-Year Term beginning January 2026
Lanesboro Heritage Preservation Commission
- 2 Seats Open
- Two-Year Terms beginning January 2026
Lanesboro Public Library Board
- 2 Seats Open
- Three-Year Terms beginning January 2026
- Incumbents Mary Junko-Isle and Gwen Harmon have expressed interest in reappointment.
Lanesboro Park Board
- 2 Seats Open
- Three-Year Terms beginning January 2026
- Incumbents Samantha Hareldson and Steve Harris have expressed interest in reappointment.
