Time: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
What: LRS Recycles will have garbage trucks available for all landfill items at no charge to Lanesboro residents. Southern Minnesota Recycling will be on hand to take other items including auto batteries and scrap metal. Chargeable items to Southern Minnesota Recycling are : Appliances with freon $20.00, All other appliances $15.00, car and small truck tires $5.00, TV’s and computer monitors $25.00, printers and copiers $20.00, and all others $5.00. Checks made out to Southern Minnesota Recycling or Cash payments are accepted. The City of Lanesboro will again offer free paper shredding with a locked tote available for all documents.
Community Service: Gloves and Trash Bags are provided to all volunteers who would like to clean up around Lanesboro.
