When: Monday, November 6, 2023, from 8:00 am – 11:00 am
Where: Paddle On Coffee & Maker Emporium, 115 Parkway Ave. N.,
Lanesboro, MN 55949
Coffee break and light lunch provided.
What: Learn tools and tips to manage stress and increase resilience in your daily life. Pam will explain the science behind stress and resilience, then teach five simple techniques based in neuroscience and mindfulness research from Dr. Amit Sood of the Mayo Clinic.
Practicing mindfulness only takes only a few minutes of your time each day, but it will shift your mindset, improve relationships, and support work/life balance.
After focusing on self-care strategies, we will study how business owners and their staff can increase effectiveness and engagement at work. During discussions and breakouts, we will apply mindfulness methods to make work more meaningful, encourage relationships and team building, and increase employee retention and job satisfaction.
This workshop will be hybrid, but those online can only listen in as break-out activities will be in-person only. Zoom link forthcoming.
