The Lanesboro Public Utilities will be working with a contractor to clean sewer lines this week. The majority of the work will be focused by the bus garage, along the dyke, and in the loop downtown near the street shop.

The Upper Mississippi-Black-Root watershed is now elevated to the Drought Restrictive Response Phase. All water suppliers in this watershed are required by the Minnesota Statewide Drought Plan to implement water conservation measures.
